Education:
Medical Degree from the National University of Rosario (Argentina), officially validated in Spain as a Licentiate in Medicine. Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics via the Spanish M.I.R. program at Vall d’Hebron University Hospital (Barcelona, 2014–2018). She is currently pursuing a PhD in Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, focusing on the impact of environmental pollution on placental function markers. She complements her training with a permanent education Master’s Degree in Functional and Regenerative Gynecoesthetics (UEMC).

She has completed training stays at internationally renowned centers, including the Fetal Medicine Research Institute at King’s College Hospital (London) and the Liverpool Women’s NHS Foundation Trust (United Kingdom), in addition to completing the Advanced Training Program in Obstetric Ultrasound at Vall d’Hebron Hospital. She holds multiple accreditations from the Fetal Medicine Foundation in preeclampsia screening, cervical assessment, doppler ultrasound, nuchal translucency and ductus venosus flow.

Throughout her career, she has attended numerous courses and specialized congresses in maternal–fetal medicine, prenatal diagnosis, genetics, fetal cardiology, placental insufficiency and menopause, also participating as a speaker at the 13th Congress of the Catalan Society of Obstetrics and Gynecology (2024).

Professional experience:
She has developed her clinical activity in various reference centers. She currently works at Policlínica Nuestra Señora del Rosario (Ibiza), where she performs gynecological and obstetric ultrasound, general consultations and benign gynecological surgery. Previously, she worked at the Catalan Institute of Health (ASSIR Dreta, Barcelona) and at Parc Sanitari Sant Joan de Déu, carrying out duties in ultrasound, consultations and on-call shifts in Gynecology and Obstetrics. She was also part of the Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in the areas of obstetric ultrasound, prenatal screening, emergency care and delivery room.

Scientific activity:
She has conducted extensive research at the Barcelona Institute for Global Health (ISGlobal) and at Hospital de Sant Pau, participating in projects on environmental pollution, fetal development, placental insufficiency and perinatal health. She is the author of several publications in high-impact international journals, including The Lancet Planetary Health, Environmental Research, Environment International and Fetal Diagnosis and Therapy.

Interests:
Her main areas of interest focus on high-risk pregnancies, prenatal diagnosis, fetal medicine and the impact of environmental factors on maternal–fetal health.
